1998 Layton Park Model 40’

Very clean park model with two tip outs, full patio awnings and two window awnings, large bedroom closet and wardrobe. Ducted A/C and furnace, living room sliding glass door and rear bedroom door, comfortable bathroom with large shower and tub. 4 burner gas stove, full size refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, sleeper sofa and free standing dinette. Very open floor plan with lots of windows and plenty of light. Custom built wooden door steps and stabilizer jack stands included, very good condition throughout. We can arrange delivery and set up if needed.
